If you feel overwhelmed or confused when walking through a grocery store, this is perfect for you. I will help you navigate through the aisles with more confidence and knowledge on what to purchase for you and/or your family.

Meal Planning

Individualized meal plans are provided. Healthy recipes and recipe modifications are discussed, while tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Food Sensitivity Testing

The Lifestyle Eating and Performance (LEAP) program includes laboratory testing for food sensitivities, which can contribute to migraines, fibromyalgia, digestive disorders, eczema and psoriasis. The LEAP program uses the Mediator Release Test (MRT), a patented laboratory test used to identify 170 foods and chemicals that may be triggering your immune system and causing inflammation. As a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT), I will customize a disease management program based on your blood test results to help you sustain a healthy quality of life.
